Shipping policy

Love, Mom Mail is shipped monthly through the USPS.  

Orders placed before the monthly enrollment deadline will be included in the next scheduled mailing.  Orders placed after the deadline will begin with the following month's mailing.

Shipping times vary based on destination and USPS processing. Once an order has been mailed, Love, Mom Mail is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate mailing address.  Love, Mom Mail is not responsible for mail delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. 

Please ensure that your student's mailing address is entered exactly as provided by their college or university, including any mailbox, unit, room, or student ID numbers required for campus mail.  

Love, Mom Mail is not responsible for delays, returned mail, or undeliverable items resulting from incomplete or incorrect campus addresses. If your student's mailing address changes during the school year, please update it before the next billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
