Refund policy

Because each Love, Mom Mail letter is a custom curated paper product and subscription service, all sales are final.  We do not accept returns or offer refunds on shipped orders. 

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hellolovemommail.gmail.com , and we will work to make it right. 

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.  Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
