What is Love, Mom Mail?
Love, Mom Mail is a monthly subscription that sends thoughtfully curated mail to your college student. Each mailing includes a letter from Mom, original artwork, a curated playlist, a signature collage, and other rotating keepsakes and surprises.
Who is Love, Mom Mail for?
Love, Mom Mail is designed for college students and the moms who love them. While originally created with college daughters in mind, the encouragement and connection are meaningful for any college student.
Is Love, Mom Mail for sons, too?
Absolutely. Every college student deserves encouragement, connection, and a reminder that they're loved. While Love, Mom Mail was inspired by my own daughter leaving for college, many of our mailings are meaningful for both daughters and sons. The playlists and some of the art and extras will be curated with college sons in mind! Â
What comes in each mailing?
Every month includes our core collection:
- A letter from Mom
- Artwork
- A signature themed collage
- A curated playlist
Additional items may include bookmarks, poems, quotes, stickers, challenges, and other thoughtful keepsakes.
How often is mail sent?
Mail is sent once each month during the academic year.
When should I place my order?
Place your order by the monthly cutoff date, the 20th, to receive the upcoming mailing. Orders placed after the cutoff will begin with the following month's mailing.
Can I send Love, Mom Mail to a college campus?
Yes! We ship directly to college and university mailrooms. Please enter your student's mailing address exactly as provided by their school, including any mailbox or student identification numbers.
Can I update my student's address?
Absolutely. If your student's mailing address changes during the school year, simply contact us before the next mailing is processed.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Because Love, Mom Mail contains curated paper goods and subscription products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we'll work to make it right.
Why mail instead of a text message?
Texts disappear. Mail gets saved. Love, Mom Mail creates tangible reminders of home that students can pin to a bulletin board, tuck into a desk drawer, or revisit whenever they need a little encouragement.
